The AG Preamp by Aguilar gets you an analogue bass preamp and DI in one compact pedal that lays various tasty sounds based on popular AG amps at your feet, and with more than enough headroom. The specifics can be tweaked in detail thanks to the potent 4-band equaliser, all while unwanted distortion is kept at bay to keep the sound beautifully clear and transparent.

The AG Preamp: Aquilar-Grade Tonal Transparency

The Bright/Deep footswitch immediately injects more clarity or depth into your sound as needed, while the Engage footswitch toggles the pre-amplification. The AG Preamp also comes fitted with a balanced XLR DI output along with pre/post and ground-lift switches, and so you can play backing tracks and practise in private, Aquilar have finished this plucky pedal with an AUX input and a headphone jack.
